doordieuseDr Samantha Sheppard’s (Kate Ashfield) life is thrown into chaos when doctors inform her that her son, William, has leukaemia and needs compatible blood to survive. Having no choice but to tell her husband (Hugo Speer) that he is not the child’s biological father, Samantha then rushes to Australia to find the real father (Tom Long) – a convicted criminal who escapes from jail and disappears just as she arrives. Desperate to find this dangerous fugitive to save her son, Samantha leaps into an underworld of traps and violence, where she must be quicker and smarter than the cops, who are closing in with guns drawn to take this ruthless convict down.
