Joanna Lumey journeys to the jungles of what was Borneo to examine the story of the fabled British rulers of the north-western territory of Sarawak, which was given to a British soldier of fortune in 1841 for services rendered to the Sultan of Brunei, and whose descendants ruled over the area up until 1946.
